Tawakkalna, the National Super App, aims to consolidate government services into one application, enhancing the experiences of citizens, residents, and visitors. This app organizes services, information, documents, and posts in an accessible way, making them easier to use and helping to improve the quality of life in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in accordance with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
• Citizens and Residents
Registration:
• A citizen/resident with an Absher account can register in Tawakkalna by creating a new account using their ID number and date of birth.
• During the registration process, the mobile number registered in Absher will be used.
• A citizen/resident who does not have an Absher account must have their mobile number verified by a registered Tawakkalna user via the “Certify Mobile Number” service in Tawakkalna application. Afterward, they can proceed with their registration in Tawakkalna.
Login: A citizen/resident with an account in Tawakkalna can log in using their ID number and the password of their Tawakkalna Emergency or Tawakkalna account.
• Visitors and GCC Nationals
Registration: Visitors/GCC Nationals can register in Tawakkalna by creating a new account. They need to provide their passport number/GCC ID number, nationality, date of birth, and mobile number, which will be used during registration.
Login: Visitors/GCC Nationals with an account in Tawakkalna can log in using their passport number/GCC ID number, nationality, and the password of their Tawakkalna Emergency or Tawakkalna account.
Certainly, all the mentioned categories are eligible to register and access the application and use its services.
There are restrictions on some services, such as Umrah permits and event tickets.
All community members, aged 13 and older, are welcome to register in Tawakkalna and enjoy its features.
Unfortunately, Tawakkalna is not accessible via a web browser.
Tawakkalna does not require permanent location access. If specific services require location access, the user will then be notified.
To access your account settings, you either click on your thumbnail ID photo at the top of the Home page; or select the "Personal" tab at the bottom of the page and then click on the "Settings" icon at the top right of the screen.
If the user is unable to view their cards on the entity page, the system will automatically refresh to retrieve the data. The user can either navigate between different page sections or exit and return to the entity page to view the updated data.
Users can turn notifications on or off via entities' pages.
If there is an error in your educational or occupational data, you can submit a correction request via the Correct Your Data service in Tawakkalna, or you may contact the source of information at the relevant entity to update/correct your data.
Currently, users can hide or reveal the cards available on the Personal page.
If you receive an error message indicating that the entity's service is unavailable, please be assured that efforts are underway to restore the service promptly.
Documents can be downloaded in the languages provided by the source of information at the relevant entity.

Users are notified of the expiration of Governmental documents through automated notifications.
